Refund policy

 

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy.  A refund or exchange minus original shipping charges will be credited back to original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days of receiving return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.  Any other returns will not be accepted and buyer will be liable for shipping costs to get item back.

If your order is damaged, defective, missing parts or is the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.  

Gift Cards are NOT refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To complete your return:

1. Contact us at support@toyguild.com to request an RMA number for your return.  Returns will NOT be processed without an RMA number.
2. Include original packing slip and write the RMA number and reason for return.
3. Ship returns back with original shipping box if possible.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Please ensure the item is packed properly.  Damaged items received due to improper packing, may NOT be accepted or only a partial refund may be given.

      Refunds
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

      Approved returns will be will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. 

      Exchanges 
      If you would like to exchange your item for another, go thru the return process for a refund.  Then purchase the item you wish to buy.
